For safety-critical applications, MLX90366/MLX90367 feature SAE J2716 SENT (Single Edge Nibble Transmission) protocol, 12-bit resolution, and 10-bit accuracy. Products fully support position sensing implementations in challenging environments and are ASIL B SEooC (Safety Elements out of Context)-ready. Future product progression is supported via ROM/firmware changes. Packaging options allow realization of No PCB assemblies (MLX90366) and conventional PCB assemblies integration (MLX90367).
