TrinCan has directed the depositary, Olympia Trust Company , to take up and pay for the Markinch Shares deposited under the Offer and not withdrawn as at Under the Offer, holders of Markinch Shares are entitled to receive 2.5 common shares of TrinCan for each Markinch Share tendered to the Offer.
