Troopers: Gunman hospitalized after shots fired outside ExxonMobil plant

Authorities said a man was taken into custody and admitted to the hospital after he allegedly fired shots near a chemical plant Friday morning. Louisiana State Police reported it happened in the parking lot of the ExxonMobil Baton Rouge Polyofins plant on Scenic Highway in north Baton Rouge.
