Available in semi- or fully-automated configurations, 4440 Series can serve roll-to-roll off-line or continuous in-line applications. Options include automated core loading, automated web cut-and-transfer for non-stop winding, automated end-of-roll tape insert, laser core positioning, automated knife positioning, and automated finished roll handling. Basic configuration includes spacer-less differential rewind mandrels with programmed rewind tension standard.
