Jim Tymon, Senior Capitol Hill staffer involved in drafting/implementing last 3 transportation bills, was named Director of Program Finance and Management. King Gee, nationally recognized leader in development and deployment of transportation technology and innovations and management of transportation engineering issues, was named Director of Engineering and Technical Services.
