Tyhee Gold inks deal for majority stake in Sutter Gold Mining

According to a July 4 news release, Tyhee Gold's deal also involves the purchase of Sutter shares to be issued to RMB upon the proposed conversion of US$8 million of RMB's current debt exposure to Sutter.
