It's never pleasant to watch the sausage being made, but, in the case of Tyson Foods Inc., seeing it being digested may not be particularly appetizing, either. Fresh off its victory in a bidding war for Hillshire Brands, chicken-and-beef giant Tyson on Monday will report results for the full fiscal year, its first to partially reflect the deal.
