U.S. Stocks Fluctuate as Retailer Rally Offsets Slump in Energy

U.S. stocks fluctuated as retailers climbed with shoppers hunting for holiday deals, offsetting a slump in energy producers after OPEC's decision to keep its output target unchanged. Wal-Mart Stores Inc. and United Parcel Service Inc. jumped more than 3.2 percent as shoppers go to stores and online for the Black Friday weekend.
