Targeting IoT market for battery-operated devices, including SoC solutions for wearables, SAM G54 and SAM G55 series of ARM® Cortex®-M4-based MCUs include Atmel SMART ARM Cortex-M4 MCU + FPU (floating point unit), integrated sensor fusion algorithms, packages down to 2.84 x 2.84 mm, frequency up to 120 MHz, as well as ULP ratings down to 102 µA/MHz in active mode, and 5 µsec wake-up. Other features include up to 512 KB Flash and up to 160 KB SRAM, SRAM power banking, and USB host/device.
