Dec 15 Peru's consumer regulator said on Tuesday it was considering sanctions over a possible price-fixing cartel between the two companies who dominate the local tissue market - subsidiaries of Kimberly-Clark Corp and CMPC. "According to preliminary investigations, these companies, the principal sellers of toilet paper and other tissue products ... in the Peruvian market, fixed the prices of their products and other commercial factors such as discounts and promotions nationally from 2005 to 2014," said the regulator, Indecopi.
