UPS Board Announces Quarterly Dividend

The UPS Board of Directors today declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.67 per share on all outstanding Class A and Class B shares. In other business, former Chairman and CEO Mike Eskew tendered his resignation from the Board of Directors, effective Dec. 31, 2014.
