Federal investigators looking into what caused a United Parcel Service, Inc. cargo jet crash near the Birmingham, Ala., airport on Wednesday that killed two pilots, are increasingly looking into pilot training and landing procedures, rather than airplane malfunctions, according to the National Transportation Safety Board .
