US Airways, American Airlines give concessions to Europe in merger deal

The European Union's antitrust regulators said Wednesday that US Airways Group Inc. and American Airlines parent AMR Corp. have offered concessions to gain approval for their proposed $11 billion merger, Reuters reports.
