Scott Shearer, Bockorny Group, Washington, DC U.S., Canadian, and Mexican meat and livestock organizations have asked the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia to grant a preliminary injunction against the country-of-origin labeling (COOL) rule.  This follows the July 8 lawsuit filed by the organizations to block implementation of COOL.  read more
