US Coast Guard, BSEE to regulate mobile offshore drilling units

The US Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE) and the US Coast Guard have announced they will be joining hands to effectively regulate mobile offshore drilling units (MODU) on the Outer Continental Shelf (OCS).
