In the latest first-quarter filings from US apparel and footwear brands and retailers, Columbia Sportswear has booked a 13% decline in net sales amid lower consumer demand resulting from the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic.? Underwear and activewear maker HanesBrands has also reported first-quarter results it said were "significantly affected" by the crisis.
