US Q2 in brief - Cato Corp, Foot Locker, Ross Stores

In the latest second-quarter filings from US apparel and footwear brands and retailers, the impact of the global coronavirus pandemic and widespread store closures can be clearly seen. Cato Corp has reported net loss of US$7.2m, while Foot Locker saw net income tumble by a quarter on last year. Elsewhere, L Brands has booked a $49.6m net loss for the period and Kohl's saw sales decline by 22.9%.
