US Q2 in brief - L Brands, TJX Companies, Target Corp

In the latest second-quarter filings from US apparel and footwear brands and retailers, the impact of the global coronavirus pandemic and widespread store closures can be clearly seen. L Brands has booked a US$49.6m net loss for the period, while Kohl's posted a 22.9% decline in net sales. Elsewhere, Target Corp saw total revenue grow by 24.7% in the quarter and reported its strongest comparable sales growth to date.
