US Q3 in brief: Columbia Sportswear, Sequential Brands, Carter's

In the most recent third-quarter filings from US apparel brands and retailers, Carter's and Skechers booked a double-digit hike in profit, while Columbia Sportswear Co, Sequential Brands and Under Armour have lifted their full-year guidance. Meanwhile, Cabela's posted an 18.9% fall in profit, Rocky Brands saw its earnings plummet, and Steve Madden lowered its sales outlook for the full year.
