US Q3 in brief - Columbia Sportswear, Skechers, Kontoor Brands

The latest third-quarter filings from US apparel and footwear brands and retailers show companies are continuing to recover from the market disruption caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. Skechers CEO Robert Greenberg hailed sequential sales improvement from the second quarter, while jeans giant Levi Strauss & Co returned to profit. Steve Madden, however, swung to a loss for the period.
