US dispatches guided-missile destroyer to monitor Iranian cargo ship seizure

US Naval Forces Central Command (Navcent) has sent the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer, USS Farragut, to monitor the situation after Iranian forces seized a US-flagged container ship, the Maersk Tigris.
