ECCS I-PLUG+ initiates recording upon strip tear, providing physical proof of shipping personnel having started logger for receivers. Users can also press stop button to stop logging or bookmark and press Status to read alarms. Using internal sensor with 90 sec response time, unit performs stand-alone temperature recording from -40 to +158°F. Users can set sample rate from once/min to once/day as well as custom alarm limits. Each datalogger has 5,000 sample memory and 1-year battery life.
