USCB classroom project still has shot at bond bill

There are at least two ways the University of South Carolina's Bluffton campus may still get its new classrooms. State Rep. Bill Herbkersman, R-Bluffton, pointed to a Johnson & Johnson legal settlement for the state and to the possibility the Senate could put forth a bond bill.
