The Department of Agriculture’s Agricultural Marketing Service has announced the Universal Cotton Standards Advisory Committee’s recommendation to revise the Universal Cotton Standards Agreement by adopting USDA’s HVI (high volume instrument) cotton trash standards as universal standards
