Utilizing transit time difference for measuring flow rates in pipes non-invasively, Series UFB and UFC are unaffected by pressure or temperature changes. Two sensors are placed on exterior of pipe, and each transmits ultrasonic pulse through pipe and fluid to the other. Difference in transit times of 2 pulses is used to calculate flow velocity. Featuring IP65 rating, meters provide USB output as well as 4–20 mA pulse output. Series UFC additionally offers data logging capability.
