Union Pacific to address impacts on river

The Union Pacific Railroad is being required to ensure the survival of the threatened and endangered fish and mussel species that are or may be found in Wilmington when it builds a new bridge over the Kankakee River. The improvement is part of the Illinois High Speed Rail project.
