United Airlines gets a win (several actually) from Global Traveler magazine

Even United Airlines admits it's still very much a work-in-progress as the Chicago-based carrier aims to improve the overall customer experience after years of being bashed by the flying public for its lousy service. But at least the airline now can bask in the recognition it has just received from Global Traveler magazine that suggests the work so far is yielding dividends.
