New York Times: BP and three other oil giants said Thursday that they would begin a new round of drilling in a remote area about 75 kilometers west of the Shetland Islands, an archipelago north of Scotland. The partners plan to drill at least five new wells over two years at a cost of about $100 million each on a project they are calling Greater Clair.
