United Technologies Corp. said it will complete by mid-year its review of whether to sell, spin off or otherwise divest itself of helicopter maker Sikorsky Aircraft. In a regulatory filing Wednesday, the Hartford-based aerospace and building systems conglomerate said there's no timetable for completing the review and it would not make assurances that Stratford-based Sikorsky will be sold or spun off.
