United Way surprises giveaway winner with new car

Representatives from Allen Samuels Hyundai and United Way of Smith County surprised Mel Morgan with a 2015 Hyundai donated by Allen Samuels in Tyler, TX. Morgan was surprised with the keys to the car in a "Publisher's Clearinghouse" style fashion at EOG Resources in Tyler.
