Combining 90% cBN content, multi-modal grain size, and Al ceramic binder, CBN600 Insert Grade is suited for rough turning operations that involve grey cast iron, high chrome iron, and high manganese steel materials. Solid insert tackles abrasive workpiece materials, heavy cutting forces, and high levels of thermal shock for varying depths of cut conditions. CBN600 encompasses 9 standard products with double-sided inserts available in round, rhombic, and square styles.
