University of New Orleans to go tobacco free

As of Aug. 1, the University of New Orleans will become tobacco-free in order to comply with state law. The law, which was passed last year, requires that public colleges and universities develop smoke-free policies for their campuses by August 2014, according to the Times-Picayune. read more
