Field joined the privately held Maple Grove-based pharmaceutical company in 2014 from UnitedHealthcare, the health insurance arm of Minnetonka-based UnitedHealth Group Inc. where he worked for five years. He was at Ameriprise Financial Inc. for two decades before that.
