Uptown Bay City 'coming to life' as construction continues, more businesses prepare to open

Standing on the third floor of Chemical Bank's new office building above the rising steel at Uptown Bay City, you can begin to see where patrons will dine on lobster, shoppers will browse for gifts and goodies and residents will call home. There were only two buildings at the multimillion dollar development less than three months ago, but today, Bay City's newest district is starting to take on a life of its own.
