Uruguay will 'formally' respond to Argentina's Botnia claims

Following Argentina's decision to take its claims to the International Court of Justice in The Hague again over the UPM-Kymmene pulp mill environmental dispute, the administration of Jos "Pepe" Mujica confirmed it will be responding to its neighbour's position in a "note," Uruguayan Foreign Minister Luis Almagro confirmed today.
