Richard DeParle will never know how the framed photos of Merle Haggard, Ernest Tubb and other country music legends adorning the office of his used-car business will look hanging in City Hall. DeParle abruptly dropped out of the mayor's race Friday just days after entering, leaving his fledgling Job Creation third party without a candidate.
