VB teacher wins regional Teacher of the Year

A Virginia Beach educator who teaches first grade and special education won the 2015 award for Teacher of the Year. Bevin Reinen, who works at Three Oaks Elementary School, has taught for nine years - eight have been with Virginia Beach City Public Schools.
