VIDEO: Cake maker's costs 'keep going up'

Food price inflation rose from 3.9% to 4.1% in August despite a drop in the consumer price index. Baker Zara Neild says her costs are increasing and Scotiabank economist Alan Clarke said the price of fruit and vegetables was rising even faster.
