Va. Guardrail Supplier Ordered To Pay $663 Million, Va. To Also File Lawsuit

A federal judge in Texas is ordering Trinity Industries, Inc., the Texas guardrail company that makes guardrails for Virginia to pay $663 million. According to Attorney General Mark Herring, Virginia plans to move forward with a lawsuit against the company as well.
