Walter Kresic, Enbridge's VP, Pipeline Integrity and Tom Machnik, NDT Systems & Services Inc. look over some custom-designed inline inspection tools. San Antonio-based Valero Energy Corp. is hoping that a new pipeline project in Canada will dramatically reduce the need to ship crude oil by rail to its refinery in Quebec.
