Value investing drives Dividend Aristocrats

Sempra Energy , the parent company of San Diego Gas & Electric, announced last week that it is raising its quarterly dividend from 64 cents to 70 cents a share. It marks the fifth year in a row the company has increased the payout to shareholders, a trend growing in popularity by many companies.
