Vegas X Train and City of Fullerton extend memorandum of understanding

The Las Vegas Railway Express, also known as the Vegas X Train, has signed an agreement with the City of Fullerton, California, US, to extend its earlier memorandum of understanding (MoU) from 11 October 2013 to 11 April 2014.
