Veon appoints new CEO at Beeline

(Telecompaper) Veon group has appointed Vasyl Latsanych the CEO of Russian mobile operator Beeline. Latsanych will start performing his new duties from 10 January. In his new role, he will report to Kjell Morten Johnsen, Veon's head of major markets.
