Verizon says FiOS install to be complete by next year

Verizon says that it is on schedule to complete its roll-out of its high-speed FiOS fiber optic network in Capital Region communities were it has cable TV agreements despite labor union allegations that it has abandoned the effort in many areas. complaining that the company has failed to meet legal obligations to build out FiOS as required under cable TV franchise agreements.
