The leaders of the Boys & Girls Club, COTS, Community Health Centers of Burlington, Dismas of Vermont and Spectrum Youth and Family Services were stunned on Friday when they learned of the donations from Cynthia Hoehl of the Hoehl Family Foundation. "That's awesome; this is awesome; thank you!" Mark Redmond of Spectrum said, at the meeting with Hoehl, 71, and her son.
