Victory, Southern Tier join forces for craft beer partnership

LAKEWOOD, N.Y. - One of Pennsylvania's leading craft breweries, Victory Brewing Company, announced a new partnership with Southern Tier Brewing Company that the companies said would help them stay independent in the ever changing craft beer industry. Both companies will operate under the new parent company, Artisanal Brewing Venture .
