Victory, Waste Oil Recycles spark Brandywine clean up

Two local companies dedicated to maintaining Chester County's clean air and water - Waste Oil Recyclers and Victory Brewing Company - a well as the Coatesville Youth Initiative teamed up this week to sponsor their annual cleanup event for the Brandywine Creek.
