Vishay Intertechnology completes $200M acquisition of Capella Microsystems

Vishay Intertechnology has officially acquired 100 percent of Capella Microsystems. Per its merger agreement, Vishay took over the remaining outstanding shares of the Taiwan-based company for $21 million Wednesday.
