MALVERN, Pa.  &mdash; Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. (NYSE: VSH) today announced that the company's Tantalum Capacitors Division has earned the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 13485:2003 certification for its Dimona, Israel plant.
