Vodafone meets FY outlook, sees EBITDA growth slowing in new year

2018-05-15 08:29:00| Telecompaper Headlines

(Telecompaper) Vodafone said it expects a slowdown in underlying profit growth this year, after meeting its outlook for the fiscal year to March 2018. Last year, organic adjusted EBITDA grew 11.8 percent to EUR 14.74 billion, ahead of its outlook for around 10 percent growth, while this year growth will slow to 1-5 percent, as the company faces growing competition in key markets such as Spain and Italy.
